CARDIAC RISK ASSESMENT AT THE MONTCLAIR HEALTH DEPARTMENT

In celebration of American Heart Month, The Montclair Health Department in conjunction with Mountainside Hospital is sponsoring a Cardiac Risk Assessment on Thursday,February, 11th from 9 a.m. to 12 noon at the Montclair Health Department.

Individuals participating in the Cardiac Risk Assessment will be tested for pulse palpation, blood pressure, cholesterol, glucose and body mass index (BMI) will be measured. A physician will be available to evaluate results. Fees for these services are $25.00 for those 55 years of age and older and $30 for those under the age of 55.

Appointments are required.

Weekly H1N1 Vaccination Clinics
The Belleville Health Department will continue to work with the Montclair and Nutley Health Departments to schedule several H1N1 vaccination clinics that will be held weekly for the next several weeks. These clinics are opened to the general public. Clinics will be provided at all three Health Department locations.

 You are free to attend any clinic that works best for you. There are no residency. restrictions.

*Parents of children under 10, please remember to schedule an appointment for the Z"d dose 28 days after the 1st dose.
